Halloooooooweeeen!

This is my one and only Halloween card.  Made this purely to enter some challenges:-)  Selfish, I know!

Not really into Halloween, but I really like this freebie pumpkin from SK Digis.  And there are a few challenges out there at the moment that this could be entered in.

I once again paper pieced this digi, 4 layers.  I also used Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress ink on the pumpkin to make it look a little dirty.

The sentiment is from the dollar bucket at Michaels, as is the ribbon.

I added some embroidery thread for the vines - that was really fiddly and I almost ruined the card.  Live and learn, don't forget to add the embellisments!

The backing paper is from a Tim Holtz Seasonal Stack.

And so we are done.

This card is being entered in the following challenges.

SK Digis - Challenge #3: Halloween (closes 30 Sept)

DL ART Thankful Thursday Challenge - Halloween/Fall Colours or an Owl or All (closes 6 Oct)

Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog - Anything Goes (closes 3 Oct)

Craft Us Crazy - Challenge #27: Halloween/and or Anything Goes (closes 10 Oct)

Thanks for stopping by today.

Happy crafting.
