Back to Basics #2

Today's back to basics is the start of another gift set.  The first two of six.

A little bit of paper tearing, some stamping and there you go.

They are both essentially the same card.  I am trying to use up my box of scraps; wow, I really didn't realise how much that scrap box has grown LOL!

My cream card bases are from my old stock from the UK, they are 6" by 4".  All the layers were inked, including the torn edges.

The flower stamps are from a set called Reason to Smile by Stampin' Up.

The Thankyou stamp is from a See D's stamp set (from the UK, many moons ago).  I'm not sure where the "a little something for you" is from.

And a double bow to finish them both off.  The inside is the same in both cards.

I'll be back later in the week with another two to add to this set.  Then once I have finished all 6, I will do a gift box or bag.

This card is being entered in the following challenges.

Love to Create - Challenge #39: Lots of Layers (closes 4 Nov)

Challenges 4 Everybody - Challenge #6: Anything Goes (closes 9 Nov)

Paper Playtime - Challenge #87: Anything Goes (closes 1 Nov)

Joyful Stamper - Inspire Me Fridays #82: Anything Goes (closes 1 Nov)

Stampin' for the Weekend - Challenge #20: Anything Goes (closes 8 Nov)

Thanks for stopping by today.

Happy crafting.
