Still time for Summer Fun.

Hi everyone. I-i-i-it-t-t's Friday!

Hope you have all had a wonderful week.  Weather here has been very wet, but has done the garden good and also meant I got a little time in the craft room.

Today, it is week 2 of our Fun in the Sun challenge over at Polkadoodles, and we have plenty of inspiration for you, so why not go over and check what the rest of the Design team have been up to. That's after you take a look at my creation, of course LOL!

I used several CD collections for this card and used all pre-coloured images and the wonderful papers.

The little swimmer, banner and wave paper are from the wonderful Work & Play 4 CD, I love that if you are in a hurry you can choose to use the pre-coloured digis to make up a quick card.

I cut all the pieces for this card using my Silhouette Cameo, I tend to try and design the card in the software, and then I can just cut everything in one go.  I inked all the edges of all the layers, and popped up the top frame on foam dots.

The beach hut and cloud background are from another fabulous collection, Bonbon Belles Double CD.

For the inside I used the frame again, with the cloud background.

The sentiment tickets on the front are from another great CD collection Cherryblossom Lane.

Polkadoodles has lots of new products in the store, including new Christmas stamps, individual stamps of the Work & Play, Dollie Daydream characters and all at fabulous prices too.  Lots of crafty goodness to take a look at.  And don't forget, for overseas, postage is free if you spend just £20 in the store.  Also, lots of new additions to the digital download section of Polkadoodles, where you don't even have to wait for the mail man :-)
